Nana would not argue with that at all, I was saved in a little Baptist church when I was about 12 thr Jesus.
I will say tho that since my NDE I've been directly connected to God.
I do believe, actually am sure, that the Bible that we know has been manipulated by satan.Not all but enough to keep us from the WHOLE truth.
I do believe that Jesus was God's Son.

I believe that since the Gospel of Jesus Christ shows us what to do to be saved, God The Father would protect it from It being perverted, since obeying the Gospel saves us.

Well that would have been my thoughts as well until I saw the original texted showed that they apparently purposefully left out for instance the sentences that tell us how to connect to God.
History even tells us that when Constantine commanded the jews to compile it that they decided to include the books and stories that pushed the narrative they wanted at the time.
My personal opinion is that satan's biggest fear has always been that we would find out how to connect to God directly and to His consciousness because once we all realize this and the soul powers God Himself gave us, satan's time of deception is over.
satan has corrupted our free will for centuries.
Once we fully realize this we will just "know" the truth, satan will no longer be ABLE to deceive us.

Nana would agree with you except the Bible has been manipulated.
This has been proven by the omission of some of the original text for one thing.
Is it all wrong, I don't personally think so but we only have about 67 books of the Bible & it has been discovered that there were actually 777 books.
I myself chose not to ignore this.
Does it change my relationship with God and Jesus that I have had my entire life?
NO!
But I do KNOW FOR SURE what we actually are when we leave these Earth suits, I know first hand of being in God's presence and what He felt like to me when I was in his presence.
What they did or did not change or omit in the Book compiled by humans does not affect my relationship with God one bit because I have always gone straight to God and have never relied on any other human nor humans compilation or interpretation for my relationship with Him.
This is my walk with God, everyone will have to chose their own walk with Him.
Jesus didn't say we could go straight to God. Jesus said no man cometh unto the Father except through Me.

Jesus tells us in many ways and in many parts of the Bible to pray and talk directly to and with God.
Jesus does not tell us that we have to pray to him.
What he does tell us is the only way to be saved is thro him.
There is the difference in these 2 things the way I see it.
Jesus tells us to pray & praise God, to connect to God & take our problems to God.
Was Jesus God HImself come to Earth taking on an Earth suit in order to accomplish what he came here for?
I believe he was.
Did Jesus die for us? Did he come here knowing that he would?
I believe he did.
Jesus also tells us that we can do the same wondrous works that he did.

Are we Gods?
