Diagnosed with GASTORITIS in stomach
I do NOT want to take
omeprazole (Prilosec)
lansoprazole (Prevacid)
esomeprazole (Nexium)
as they cause many side effects & issues

it is best to first start with the basics for stomach flu...such as drink luke warm water first before anything else when you wake up, a nice full glass... and last before you go to bed at night. daily. avoid tea, coffee and juices for a while. get a lot of rest, your body needs rest to heal. Have yoghurt, bananas, instead of tea drink hot water with honey and 3 or 4 mint leaves thrown in, keep your diet light, avoid heavy proteins like meat for a few days.

For detox you could try drinking water with food grade bentonite clay or charcoal pills, this plus a LOT of probiotics and a daily dose of colloidal silver should help. Also try hydrotherapy: cold wet socks rung out then put on feet covered in dry wool socks for fifteen minutes up to overnight. And castor oil packs are amazing: soak fabric (wool flannel is best) in castor oil, set on the belly, cover in plastic (so you don't get the oil everywhere, it stains) then put a heating pad on top of that. Fifteen minutes or overnight again. Sending prayers too! Oh and detox baths: epsom salt, sea salt, and bentonite clay. We even set up an infrared light sauna in a closet for $50 bucks with instructions I found on youtube!
