yes@Quarkfear ... milk thistle is what cleans out the heavy metals, not sure what Chips is suffering from / damaged the liver, but if its parasite the ivermectin is good... just very small amounts, dosage is per pound - ask your vet.
Yes Vk lost his cat to a heart attack, very tough stuff. Pets are part of the family, many prayers to yours and for Chips to recover.
