HCQ helps open up cell membranes to allow zinc to enter the cell.
Zinc in the cell blocks any virus replication or parasitic animal life cycle stage ( ie malaria).
Virus is an inert strand or double strand of genetic material. It needs the structures of a living cell to replicate ( it is NOT reproduction).
Zinc is absent from most processed and prepared food products, making people susceptable to viral infection.
Eat natural foods high in zinc or take a daily suppliment. Eat or drink foods high in quinine, the compound in HCQ that allows zinc to enter the cells.

There are homiopathic recipes out there to make your own quinine!

Yes they involve lemon rind and grapefruit rind. Oddly enough these have long been on the menu to cure a cold!
