Not the best diet - modified Keto is much better - be careful with keto if your gallbladder is not working - need it to digest all that fat! I follow a real holistic nutritionist instead of following fad diets.
if you cut out all carbs and add fat, it will cure your gallbladder problems. research PHD=Proper Human Diet. by Dr Ken Berry.
