ATTN: I work for a water department and shortly after midnight, a water engineering guy came in to unplug the SCADA. i am NOT knowledgeable on this, but long story short he said he was contacted by homeland security to do this and not reconnect it until monday afternoon for extra security measures (he said it creates a gap btwn the firewall and servers). Make of this info what you will but hearing all the hype for this weekend and now hearing homeland security contacted him? i have never seen or heard of this happening since ive worked here.
