This and so much more from the Pope and the Catholic church has made me turn away from the church but not my faith. There was a prophecy years ago that said the Catholic church would be under attack by Satan. The church would die but come back resurrected like Christ.
That is actually happening right now.
Yep! I repeated it when I was doing fund raising for the church. I rang up a kindred soul and we talked for a very long time. We were both disappointed in a communist priest at a parish we both attended who was sued by his housekeeper, because she found pornographic homosexual material in his residence. He was sent to the Archbishop to do clerical work. She won the lawsuit. The church as been under attack for a long, long time. By the way that priest told me to leave his parish because I would only be disappointed in him. Two years after I left he was a disappointment to many. It is no fun to be vindicated like that. Every day I pray for holy priests. "Oh God please give us holy priests. All for the sacred and eucharistic heart of Jesus. All for the sorrowful and immaculate heart of Mary, in union with Saint Joseph.
