Think you’re on to something. I watched actual videos posted in The Russian Times about a couple of years ago of the Russian military im conjunction with I believe it was Japan military using nuclear icebreakers in the “Artic” as well as engaging in ground artillery combat with and unknown enemy. As the video never said whom it was.
