Yes I read that 3 customers had walked into banks in Lebanon armed and demanded THEIR money be handed over to them. One did because he needed to pay for his sisters medical procedure.... desperate times. I think they had withdrawal limits
All Banks are connected every single one World Wide.
I give it around 2months for all Banks to become insolvent.
