I hope that losing time and pole shift is supposed to be exhausting because I am. My energy the past couple of days looks like Schumann. Intensity, intensity, blackout... Just woke up from an unplanned and uncharacteristic 2 hour nap to see 14 comments to my most recent post. I'm rushing off to work now. I gave 2 week notice last night because Duty Calls. I feel ya...I have been drained for weeks and not sleeping...go to bed around one,,,awake around 3-4...last night I was falling asleep at dinner table...we started a movie and I was out 30 minutes in, first time i have slept a sound 8 hours in months...didn't even dream. Woke up to ringing in my ears around 7am....but tonight I feel enegized and at peace....grounded in the sun before I left for meetings...maybe that enegized me
