I saw a post on Facebook where the RR worker said they are pretty much on call 24/7. He said they just want to see their families and have a bit of a life. The RR cut so many jobs. They get 30 days off per year, and have to schedule them in advance. He said how do you know in February you'll be sick in October? He's counting weekends for those 30 days which they rarely get to take. Many people, counting weekends, vacation and sick days get around 118 days off per year.
