I took the liberty of reporting Coinbase to the SEC. Here is what I wrote in my complaint.
"Craig Wright who is also known as Satoshi Nakamoto is suing Coinbase. If Coinbase loses, the company will go bankrupt. The failure to report this is a felony offence."

If a bunch of people report this "issue" to the SEC and they fail to take action, that is clearly evidence that the SEC don't consider the lawsuit to be material enough to warrant a disclosure. What will the fools over at the BSV cult say then?
