Here's a thought: even rookie politicians couldn't screw up as badly as the fossils currently occupying chairs and redirecting our taxes into their own personal bank accounts, as it gets given out in various bills for everyone and their brother, to the point where about only 9-10 cents on the dollar actually goes to the purpose for the bill's title! [This BS of 90% overhead is not sustainable!]
