Anyone got any advice? Duke Power set up beaide my Moms house & hured Turner Construction to build. My family’s land their house are cracking from the drilling. My eldery Moms house has cracks in wall and ceilings! She is not mobike, has Dementia (last stages). We have talked to NC Insurance comm, her home owners and all we git was 2 adjustors. NO ONE wants to touch this law suit! If the roof falls on My Mom all Hell will break! 3 Familys all filed a complaint. they have drilled so hard they cracked my brothers pool and his house is off his foundation!
