My last appointment my dr said 197/130 is not ok. They had me on blood pressure medicine for 2 months. "their" medicine isn't working. I need prayer.

7/22 it was 194/113. On 8/12 was 169/94. I hate the meds. Its the only ones I take now. Supposed to get the super beets gummies tomorrow.
And brother I suggest you do the same.
I'm taking Hawthorn Berry at the moment and am ordering super beets gummies.
