To the ones who have been abused physically, emotionally, sexually.. it is NOT your fault. The beings that betrayed you saw something within you that they have been missing because of their own pain and trauma. They have closed themselves off and allowed the pain of their own experiences to darken their souls and have allowed that pain to interfere with who they truly are. They didn't have the strength to break the cycle .. but you my loves.. you do. I see you and you are not alone. Don't let the pain of your childhood prevent you from seeing the goodness of your hearts.

We are not our experiences but we can use our experiences to help others. Firstly, we must be willing to look at what was done to us and take our power back. I know it's hard.. I know it hurts but you are enough and you can break through the darkness and find the light. I'm living proof of that. You are not alone. I love you all.
