Have something I have watched in the sky for years here by the coast in S CA . Was born here 60 plus years ago and have always watched the the sky. I have come to a conclusion somewhat with these lines above. Yet would like those here who could be more aware in this issue, to tell me if I'm on the right track on this. We have had these lines for days here as rain clouds are coming in from the pacific coast. What I see is these lines break down the clouds, so what I believe makes less rain.
