I cannot say enough, how calming it is to work in the yard. Bare handed pulling weeds, digging in the dirt. Iam not sure if it is because of grounding, or simply being in nature and out in the sun. Whatever the reason, it is very therapeutic......

Volunteers sitting with the animals in the shelter all night on July 4th to comfort them when the fireworks start going off and try to relieve some of there anxiety. If it isn't bad enough for the animals just being there. 🐾
