I know my gut health effects not only my weight, my energy level and my mood, but also my outlook on life, even how I handle the stress of life. It also affects my body’s ability to process nutrients for full utilization and optimization.

I’ve struggled with weight issues over the past few years in a way I never have before, especially this past year. Sometimes the decline is so gradual we don’t even notice it’s happening or just chalk it up to getting older. The thing is, we don’t have to experience this like we’ve been told. It’s just another myth. If you don’t look or feel your best, you’re definitely not performing at your best, either.💥

Maybe, like me, you’ve spent a lot of time just going through the motions of living from one day to the next, not really feeling joy, exuberance, or passion for anything, not participating fully in life for yourself or your loved ones. Maybe you have depression from living this way. It’s really a kind of circular state of being and perpetua
