Will be in the 100's this week in AZ so I built a little 1,700 gal. backyard oasis to cool off. Got a great deal on a 12'x30' above ground pool w/pump ($121), then just repurposed & moved existing stuff around to cute it up. Used an old tomato cage & bucket for noodle storage. :)

Made it to Florida! Beautiful views from the plane today. :)

All packed & alarm set for 4am. Flying to Florida, then island hopping in the Eastern Caribbean for 9 days, doing intense AIM research while barefoot on white sand beaches & swimming in the ocean. Chillin' in Key West for 5 days on the tail end, spicy margaritas on the horizon!🙂

Out and about in the matrix today...hubby and I took his 88 year old mom to a spring training game. In all her years she had never seen a baseball game. She enjoyed the day. :)

Got in a 25 mile sunset gravel ride with hubby tonight. We stopped on the trail to check the route and when I looked down at my Garmin I was surprised to see some sweet digits smiling back at me! That's some good vibezzz.

Had a little break in the rain, so decided to take a quick sunset hike with hubby. You can see the major downpour in the west valley in the first pic. Sky was so beautiful tonight! :)

Was able to fill 2 spray bottles with my homemade Orange Vinegar Cleaner. After the orange harvest I saved the peels and they've been soaking in mason jars filled with vinegar. I strained the vinegar and diluted 50/50 with water to make a basically zero cost natural cleaner.😊

Went for a sunset dirt ride with hubby tonight and the desert was aglow. Arizona is a beautiful place, especially this time of year. 😊

Took a break from the quilt project to pick some lemons from the tree in the backyard. Made a pitcher of fresh squeezed honey lemonade...delicious! :)

Up before the sun, on the road early, 10 hrs of driving ahead of us. Every time I go back to CA it feels like entering the battle arena, dropping in to check out the old matrix timeline. Excited to see my son, focusing on that. 💗 Praying we arrive safely and get out quickly. 🙏🏼

Day of the oranges 🍊 part 2...peeled another hundred oranges & squeezed em', drying peels in the oven & made another batch of orange vinegar cleaner.

Chuck roast in the crock pot & now headed to the shop to work on a painting project.

Spent time watercolor painting today, learning by making lots of mistakes 🙃 but sticking with my goal of doing something creative every day.

Took 4 hrs to dry the orange peels last night in the oven at 170, so part 2 was today. Used the coffee grinder & got 3 full jars of ground orange peel. Can use it for so many things, should last a year in the pantry.

My creative outlet the last few days is definitely very 🍊-centric. 😊

Added oil pulling to my daily routine, it strengthens teeth/gums, helps prevent cavities, clears skin, detoxes the body, improves sleep, alleviates headaches & more. Start w/a small amt (1 tsp) and work up to what works for you. Let it melt in the mouth & swish for 10 min. Don't gargle or swallow, spit in the trash or garden and NOT in the sink or it will clog it up. :) Rinse w/ salt water (sole). Brush & floss normally after. I use organic, cold pressed, unrefined extra virgin coconut oil. Your teeth and mouth will feel so good!
