In one week our temperature has gone from a -20 wind chill to 80 degrees today- a 100 degree change- and a dude in my hometown drove up on a kangaroo hopping down the road in the middle of the night. There's some fucked up shit going on in Texas right now!

i work in an emergency room. I have been working with Covid patients since the beginning. I'm so tired of seeing my colleagues proudly boasting about getting their vaccines as if they are saving the world and so tired of feeling ridiculed for opting out. I'm praying that it's as successful as they believe it will be, but there is no way in hell I'm getting that shit right now.

First post. I've listened, read, and watched from the sidelines.
