SHOULD GOVERNORS WHO BLOCK ICE OPERATIONS BE CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTION?
Governors and politicians who obstruct ICE operations by refusing to cooperate—like sanctuary city policies or outright defying federal agents—ought to face obstruction of justice charges, plain and simple. It’s not just politics; it’s actively undermining federal law enforcement, letting illegal immigrants slip through the cracks while endangering communities. These leaders know ICE is working to enforce immigration laws, deport criminals, and secure borders, yet they tie the hands of agents with bureaucratic roadblocks or public defiance. That’s not leadership—it’s enabling chaos, putting American safety last for votes or ideology. Charging them would send a clear message: no one’s above the law, not even elected officials playing hero to illegal aliens. If they want to govern, they can do it without sabotaging the system. Otherwise, let them face the courts—lock them up for putting their age
