So basically Soros, Open Society and Rockefellers fund this

Sponsored by Win Without War, a progressive advocacy group (https://winwithoutwar.org/) that promotes diplomatic, peaceful and human-rights-based foreign policy, the billboards were launched across the U.S. this month, according to an announcement Sept. 9.

WWW gets Grants from Progressive Foundations: These form a significant portion, aligned with left-leaning priorities like peace advocacy, human rights, and diplomacy. Confirmed examples include:

Rockefeller Brothers Fund: Has provided grants to WWWEF for advancing progressive foreign policy initiatives.

Other likely funders (based on CIP's donor base and similar organizations): Ploughshares Fund (a major anti-nuclear and peace grantmaker),

Open Society Foundations (George Soros-linked, supporting global democracy and non-interventionism), and the Fund for Peace (historical fiscal sponsor for CIP).
