Whilst both terms overlap - and many of us are actually both - they embody different roles, energies and approaches.
They are not competing terms, rather they are complimentary.
A simple definition - a light worker brings nurturing and healing. And a light warrior brings transformation through strength and courage.
So, what does it really mean to be a Light Warrior?
It means we are protectors of the vulnerable, advocates for truth and justice, voices for the voiceless and that we use our love and compassion to fight the fight for the highest and greatest good of all.
It means that we persevere through the gut-wrenching challenges and heartbreaking situations we often encounter.
It means we continue to challenge the status quo, the old ways that do not serve all living souls on Mother Earth.

It means we stand peacefully defiant in the face of evil and adversity.
And it means we dig deep when the going gets tough - to keep ‘warrioring on’ - somehow always finding the strength to keep going when others may crumble. To get back up when we get knocked down. To continue to rise.
