Collective Solar Flare Update
The Sun has entered another intense wave of activity and many of you are already feeling the shift moving through your bodies and your emotions.
A long-duration X4 solar flare erupted early this morning, peaking at 3:30 a.m. Eastern, rippling across the magnetic field and sending a fresh surge of high-frequency energy into the planet. These long eruptions are different than quick spikes… they stretch into the field like a slow rolling tide, and they continue affecting us long after the flare itself has peaked.

We are also still integrating the earlier X5 flare from November 11 and the magnetic disturbances that followed. When flares stack like this the energy compounds. It stretches every layer of the collective field. It pulls up what has been ignored. It reveals what has been avoided. It brings the truth closer to the surface so healing can finally happen.
Use the next forty eight hours intentionally. Drink more water than feels necessary. Slow your breathing. Put your bare feet on real ground if you can. Stay aware of your words because Mercury retrograde is amplifying miscommunication. Stay aware of your heart because old wounds may surface in a flash.
