We are in the middle of a War - I say battle for the Planet - pretty clear the storm was manipulated on the way in assuredly by EVIL to make it bigger, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be also manipulated by GOOD to downgrade it to save lives. All technology can be used for evil and for good, I reckon.
Weather warfare is just that, Warfare, and both sides will make moves and counter moves until one side is completely defeated or surrenders, and EVIL at this point won't surrender. They can't, because what they done precludes they all receive a mandatory Death Sentence. So it's fight to the death.
That's just how I see see things.

yep..well aware. I knew about weather manipulation and chemtrails for many many years. and i have always been a weather nut only because i am terrified of tornadoes.. soooo yeah..well aware. It did drop in intensity and it appears the good guys helped stop the devastation. BUT WHY DIDNT THEY help stop Helene? Yeah whos doing what....whatever.
